The rooms here are clean, modern, and come with balconies and wardrobes; the location is amazing, especially for visiting the market colonnade.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a relaxing area, just next door to the old theater, the river Tepla and the Grandhotel Pupp and a main attraction itself. The rooms were generous-sized and very well decorated with large beds, front view plus lovely bathroom as described. Everything here was perfectly fine.

Location: the hotel was very close to the nearby bus station and both the river and the hot spring fountain. It was a classic building, the room was immaculately clean and huge with the best view possible...

The breakfast experience was excellent, and we were particularly impressed by the service provided by Mr. Vladimir. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and both the check-in and check-out experiences were smooth and enjoyable. We also appreciated the valet parking service. we had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful hotel and we are definitely planning to return in the future.

The staff spoke very little English, which made it difficult to communicate and explain our needs. the cleaning staff forgot to restock our mini-bar and the receptionist was quite rude about it.
